Let's start with time. This restaurant prepares orders freakishly fast. I have never have to wait on an order more than 5 mins on a pick up. Food? I must say that on top of being the fast Asian food service I've ever experienced, China Cafe easily rank top two on flavor, texture, presentation, and menu. The food tastes even better than it looks. The flavors are bold and most importantly, consistent. When you enter the staff is very busy, so don't let the lack of smiles and friendly gestures shy you away from a good thing. The restaurant is not very modern, but it is clean and inviting. I can't describe dining in for you because I always carryout, but I can tell you that after nearly 15 visits last year, this is the only Chinese food establishment that I'd vouch for in Huntsville. If you don't live in the area, Hazel Green may seem a little "off the beaten path", but it's worth it. We are so lucky to have this place in Hazel Green! For years this place has consistently offered delicious, fresh food. The portions are also generous. For less than 20 I can get enough soup and lo mein to make myself 3 big meals. The family who owns this business is obviously the ones preparing the food because it shows in the quality of what you get.

I go here every Friday during hghs marching season and my food is still sooo good. I absolutely love this place! The chicken Lo mein is probably the best thing here. The beef lo mein kinda tastes like beef jerky but everything else is amazing! I haven't gotten anything else except for noodles but they are great.
We come down from Fayetteville for the food here. The food is always fresh and tasty and the young lady behind the counter is always so sweet and helpful!
My first visit went well. Fresh food, general tso spicy as advertised without me asking for extra spice. The lo mein was not mushy, right firmness. The egg roll was too hard.
